This proposal presents a contemporary commercial development combining retail, office, and mixed-use functions within a unified architectural language. Designed as a dynamic destination for businesses and visitors, the project blends modern aesthetics with functional planning, creating an efficient and visually striking commercial hub.

Architectural Concept

The design embraces clean horizontal lines, generous glazing, and bold accent bands to create a cohesive visual identity. Large curtain-wall windows maximise daylight penetration while offering transparency and active frontages at both the retail and office levels. The architectural expression balances solidity and openness through structured concrete elements paired with lightweight metal screens and cantilevered shading devices.

Retail Block

The ground-level retail zone is organised around flexibility and visibility.
Key characteristics include:

• Wide storefront glazing for high visibility and natural light

• Integrated shading elements for thermal comfort

• A welcoming pedestrian-friendly frontage with landscaping and accessible pathways

• Ample on-site parking to support high-traffic commercial activity

The entrance, framed by strong geometric forms, establishes a memorable identity suitable for a boutique mall or branded retail environment.

Office & Mixed-Use Levels

Above the retail frontage, the upper floors are designed to accommodate office tenants or mixed-use units.
Design features include:

• Continuous balconies and shading fins to manage daylight and reduce solar heat gain

• An efficient linear layout offering adaptable floor plates

• A refined façade composition using a combination of glass, textured panels, and bold horizontal elements
